PP Filler Masterbatch is a cost-effective plastic material made from high-quality Calcium Carbonate (CaCO₃) blended with Polypropylene (PP) resin and functional additives. It is widely used in plastic manufacturing to reduce production costs by replacing a part of plastic resin while improving the mechanical properties and processing efficiency of plastic products.

Specification

  • The recommended processing temperature is 140 – 280 °C.
  • Products are packed in a 25 kg PE/PP bag or as per customer’s requirements, it should be stored in dry and clean conditions, to avoid moisture, isolation and breakage in transportation.
